I have heard concerns from residents about speeding, hooning and pedestrian safety along Lewisham Scenic Drive and surrounding areas.

As Mayor, I will establish a Southern Beaches Road Safety Committee made up of Council, Tasmania Police, the State Government and local residents to work together on practical solutions to improve road safety and make our streets safer for everyone.
Most importantly, this committee will ensure local residents have a genuine say in shaping road safety priorities in our community.
