- Establishment a Waste Transfer Station at Copping to better service southern communities.
- Undertake a feasibility study to investigate:
- Suitable locations.
- Construction and operational costs.
- Expected community demand.
- Potential partnerships with State Government, neighbouring councils and waste providers.
- Ensure the facility considers the needs of residents by providing access to appropriate waste streams, including:
- Household waste.
- Green waste.
- Hard waste.
- Engage with local residents to understand their needs and ensure the facility delivers value for the community.
